At 31 years old Gwynn MacKellen decided having children was anti-environmental - she did more than just make that decision though. She went a big step further and had an operation - sterilisation - in conversation with presenter Audrey Carville, she talks about what led to her decision and how she feels since.

It mirrors a long decline in the number of traditional marriages across Europe in the past 50 years.
