We hear how sport transformed the life of Gemma Lumsdaine. She has cerebral palsy and recently won the Young Coach of the Year award. Tina Gordon, disability talent and pathways manager at Basketball Scotland will also be joining us to talk about the power of sport to change lives for the better and what the sporting options are for people with disabilities.

According to the man behind Scotland’s only Butler Academy the demand for properly trained butlers is outstripping supply. He’s urging more people to don the white gloves and take up the profession. So what’s it like to be a butler in 2018? Simeon Rosset is the owner and head butler at Rosset Bespoke Butlers. Edward Stuart is a recently trained professional private butler.

CLEFT PALATE
Matilda Lansdown has had over 20 operations for a cleft palate and didn’t have nostrils until she was 21. She’s recently hiked through Italy to raise money to help kids with the condition in the developing world and plans to visit Ethiopia soon to see first-hand how the money she’s raised can improve lives with ‘forever smiles’.
