As part of 主播大秀 Radio Scotland鈥檚 40th Anniversary, Robbie Shepherd is back with a special Reel Blend. He programme, follows the format of his long running and most successful Sunday show. It features a quiz with invited contestants and friends of The Reel Blend, Fiona Kennedy and Robert Lovie. Robbie also chats to two gentlemen both celebrating their 80th Birthdays this year, accordionist John Carmichael and Gaelic singer Alasdair Gillies. From our archive, we share an interview Robbie recorded with legendary fiddler, the late Ian Powrie. Added to that, tracks from old 78鈥檚 right up to present day.
