Swipe Left and Silence

Traditional trumps Tinder this Valentine’s day as people swipe left and return to cards and real-life dating. Plus, why silence can be good for you and should be embraced.

Love is in the air as Vinny is joined by Adrianne Peltz and Liz Kennedy to discuss love and silence. This Valentine’s day should tradition trump Tinder as people swipe left on online dating and try the old ways to meet people in real life!

And as research shows that silence is good for us – it helps our brains grow, gives us space to think and relieves stress – so why do we fill our lives with noise and be constantly plugged in. Is Vinny afraid of his own thoughts? Maybe that's why he always has the TV on.

And our miniseries "What I wish I'd known when I was 25" continues with local acting legend Dan Gordon.
