Musician and singer Rachel Newton speaks about her latest work, including 2018 solo album 'West' and a new series of concerts which she has curated for the Kings Place venue in London. The 'Trad. Reclaimed' season focuses on women in folk music, and features acts in including Shirley Collins and Emily Portman.

As well as being a solo artist, Rachel performs as part of The Shee and The Furrow Collective. She has previously been named Musician of the Year at the Radio 2 Folk Awards.
