Episode 9

Customers unbox, test and score a portable cleaning machine, insect snacks and a reusable sandwich wrapper. But only one can win the Customer is Always Right trophy.

Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They鈥檙e nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.

In today鈥檚 episode, we meet Rez, Neil and Shona, all hoping to get a high score from our customers to become today鈥檚 winner.

Rez invented his portable cleaning device when his wife could take no more of their muddy dog running into their home and ruining her floors and furniture. He has created a water tank with washing brush which combines water and air pressure to clean mud away. Neil hopes his dry roasted, protein-rich snacks made of crickets and other insects will revolutionise Western food culture. Shona鈥檚 idea came to her whilst making packed lunches for her kids. Concerned about the amount of plastic wrapping she was using, she has invented a reusable, resealable sandwich wrapper which also folds out to become a plate for the sandwich.
