All Together Now winner Michael performs his anthemic song Bigger Than Us, written by Laurell Barker, Anna-klara Folin, John Lundvik and Jonas Thander. This year is Graham Norton鈥檚 tenth anniversary as the UK commentator, and once again he brings his distinctive charm to the spectacular event.
