Just days after our special investigation into family courts revealed that four children have been killed in five years after unsupervised contact between a known abusive parent and their child, the government has announced it will review how family courts work. Ministers say a three month project will look at how the courts protect children and parents in cases of domestic abuse and other serious offences.
