Four workmates at a distillery on Islay compete for the Flour Power trophy. Caskmaster Jay, housekeeper Katie and tour guide Dave are joined by client manager Mary.

In this episode, we鈥檙e at the Bruichladdich distillery on the beautiful Hebridean island of Islay.

Cask master Jay, housekeeper Katie and tour guide Dave are joined by client manager Mary as these four colleagues go to war over the coveted Flour Power trophy.

Local head chef Stephen Crichton joins our series judge Nicola Reith to decide on the winner, and there is plenty of fighting 'spirit' needed from our four whisky wizards as they create their signature bakes. Favourite Katie is making a scrumptious layered sponge, while Mary stays traditional with her scones. Jay plumps for his favourite recipe of custard tarts whilst Dave goes the extra mile with a duo of cheesecake!

Once all the workmates鈥� creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored - just who will put the best case forward to win the Flour Power trophy?
