Nathan O'Regan is a songwriter, co-presents the Mad Notions podcast, and hosts a new performance night in The Ulster Sports Club in Belfast. He tells us all about it, and plays live.

Appearing on stages all over the country, comedian Paul Currie is once again off to the Edinburgh Fringe, bringing his own brand of madness and mayhem to the comedy festival.

We'll also be hearing about Breastival, an all day event at the Ulster Museum which aims to spread awareness of breast-feeding in Northern Ireland, and bringing people together to share their own experiences.
