Smelly Clothes and Self-medication

Smelly scothes could save the planet - is it worth it? And a new survey says half of us deal with stress through self-medication. Is there a better way?

Feisty talk radio as Vinny is joined by Gerry Carlile and Yvette Shapiro.

Would you put up with smelly clothes to save the planet?

Stella McCartney has called for us all to wash our clothes less. She says we should let dirt dry and then brush it off and wash with liquids rather than powder as less friction means less plastic microfibres released into the environment. Is that a step too far or would you be happy with a little bit of odour if it helped the environment

And

Wise the Bap as we say round here - Apparently when it comes to mental health almost half of us are self-medicating - some of using alcohol, gambling, drugs or even shopping to cope rather than dealing with issues. Even talking about feelings can be a problem - especially for men. Vinny asks how can we change that culture?
