David is devastated when his ex-wife Rosalene calls him because their son has run away. Needing to feel useful, Duffy volunteers at a care home, where she learns how overlooked some residents can be.
Left to fend for himself, Mason decides to do a procedure alone. It's Archie鈥檚 first day back at work, and Ethan pulls some strings to try to get Effie on the CF trial.
