Waiting staff at the Italian restaurant chain Carluccio's claim new rules on sharing tips favour managers. We ask why there is still no sign of new Government legislation which was promised to tighten up on how companies share tips.

New figures are released showing the scale of the number of empty shops across the UK, as more are added to the list. Sainsbury's are the latest to announce they're closing stores in the week that Thomas Cook collapsed closing a further 600 high street shops.

Thousands of people are wondering what to do now... after the company that looked after their pensions went into administration following overwhelming numbers of legal claims against it. Berkeley Burke based in Leicester allowed hundreds of people to put all their pension savings into high risk unregulated investments, without financial advice...many have lost everything.
