Comedy, music and real coffee

On today's programme we talk comedy, coffee and castles along with ballet, Black history and Scottish witches.

The Aberdeen Comedy Festival kicks off today for ten days - with comics from the UK and overseas taking to almost 20 stages. Comedian (and 主播大秀 Radio Scotland鈥檚) Ashley Storrie along with organiser Shona Byrne pop into studio for a laugh.

Karen MacKenzie hops over to Millport to get a glimpse of the Screen Machine 鈥� the 33 tonne artic-come-mobile cinema which tours the Highland and islands offering showings of family favourites.

Frankie Vaughan reviews Scottish鈥檚 Ballet鈥檚 The Crucible at His Majesty鈥檚 in Aberdeen before it heads to Inverness and then Edinburgh.

Glamis Castle is a place of history, intrigue and just one or two ghost stories. Emily Esson went along for a tour to find out more.

Tastings, workshops, talks and demos are on offer in Edinburgh this Saturday when the city鈥檚 Coffee Festival takes place at the Corn Exchange.
