Follow athletes of all ages and abilities from all over Ulster as they prepare for the Wild Atlantic Adventure Race (WAAR) in the Donegal Gaeltacht.

Series following athletes of all ages and abilities from all over Ulster as they prepare for the Wild Atlantic Adventure Race (WAAR) in the Donegal Gaeltacht.

We are with the participants every step of the way from the beginning of their training to when they finally crossing the finish line having completed either the full 55.5km course including a run, cycle, hike and kayak, or the shorter 39km course.

Each athlete has his or her own story and reasons for taking part in the race. We also meet the race organisers who are busy for months in advance to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that the participants enjoy their time on this north western part of the Wild Atlantic Way.
