It's competition day for the girls' team in Malaysia, who have been learning how to lion dance. Can they put everything they have been taught into practice in front of the judges?

It鈥檚 the final day of the girls鈥 team adventure in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, for sprinter Alesha, showjumper and runner Neisha, and rugby player and discus thrower Niamh. Watched over and cheered on by presenter Camille Ucan, over the course of five days, they have been pushed to their physical limits while learning the sport of lion dancing.

Today, they have to put everything they have learnt across the week into practice, as they compete in a lion dance competition in front of expert judges and a local crowd.

Dressed in the traditional lion dance costume and cheered on by Camille, who will score the highest points and win the competition?
