It’s day two of the girls’ team adventure in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, for sprinter Alesha, showjumper and runner Neisha and rugby player and discus thrower Niamh. Watched over and cheered on by presenter Camille Ucan, they are here to learn the massively popular - and very tough - local sport of lion dancing. At the end of the week, they will compete in front of top local judges who will assess how many moves they have mastered.

Today is all about leg strength, a key component of lion dancing. To test this, Camille challenges them to race up the world-famous Batu Caves staircase again and again. They then learn their first key lion dance move as their training regime steps up a gear.
