In this landmark 15th year, the candidates sought sales on a South African safari, rebranded the country of Finland, accidentally made rude-looking lollies for a corporate client and made a turtle talk. They sold silver service on a steam train, encountered the twists and turns of rollercoaster design and created their own brand of perfume. Their trials and errors have made us chuckle, cry and cringe.

Lord Sugar leads us through the best and worst decisions made by this year鈥檚 aspiring entrepreneurs. Reflecting on their boardroom bust-ups, he lets us in on the reasons he decided to utter the dreaded words, 鈥榊ou鈥檙e Fired!鈥�
