A 20-foot-high Christmas tree, carol concerts, singing by the piano, a Christmas lunch to remember for the passengers of the Northern Belle train, Black Friday shoppers, Christmas parties galore and Santa himself are all there. Not forgetting the 940 trains and 100,000 passengers a day that fill the station.

In this celebratory Christmas one-off we follow the people working all hours to ensure that not only the trains run on time but that everyone makes it home for the holidays.
