It鈥檚 the fourth leg of our trip with experts Steven Moore and Angus Ashworth and they get an awful lot closer to home. After clocking up the miles in lovely lowland Scotland their Hillman Super Minx will today be hitting the byways of Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
Angus and Steven also visit a couple of venerable survivors from the Industrial Revolution and enjoy yet more delicious indigenous pastry products, before heading off to an exciting auction in the North Yorkshire town of Bedale.
But will Angus鈥檚 crystal ball prophecy prove correct?
