Cooking series presented by Clare Grogan that sees Scotland鈥檚 National Chef and MasterChef: The Professionals winner Gary Maclean take on a different chef in a culinary competition with a twist: to cook the best menu for 拢15, using only ingredients sourced from a local corner shop.

In this episode, Gary takes on his best friend, Mark Heirs, Scotland鈥檚 premier private chef. Mark is a man more used to cooking for the rich and famous on super yachts using foie gras rather than fish paste, and more at home with white truffles than the white bread he finds in today鈥檚 corner shop in Stirling.
