How often do you boil up those flowery delights and serve them up at the dinner table? Maybe you've turned your back on potatoes for the lure of cous cous and quinoa. Well the Irish Farmers' Association is about to fight back by launching one a half million pounds campaign to 'sex up' the potato.
Nicola speaks to Thomas McKeown, Chairman of the Irish Farmers Association Potato Committee and she's joined in studio by nutritionist Jane McClenaghan and Joanne Weir from Wilsons Country. Also on the programme Dr Esmond Birnie on the leaked Whitehall emailed that questioned whether farming really matters at all.
