One man who has decided to be quite specific about his time in isolation is filmmaker and critic, Mark Cousins, who apparently for no reason whatsoever has chosen the number 40 to influence his exercise and watching habits, doing exactly 40 sit ups a day and the films he鈥檒l watch will solely be from 1940.

One of the ways to pass to the time is to reach into your record collection and listen in full to an album, with no distractions. Nicola chats with Deacon Blue鈥檚 Ricky Ross all about Dignity, possibly the best known track from their incredible album RainTown.
