From the handclap for heroes - nurses, care workers etc, to the appreciation shown to shopworkers, delivery drivers and those who empty our bins - if we didn't realise it before, the past few months have awakened us to the roles that are really important to all our lives. But, when this is all over, will many of them still be working for wages that barely provide the essentials or could the economy be somehow be rebalanced to reflect the value of those who serve? How could it be done? What would the implications be? If there were going to be winners, would that automatically mean there'd also be losers?
