Dr Lalla mentors Dr Sam Potter as she diagnoses a Lerwick man鈥檚 skin complaints. She needs a steady hand and lots of confidence as she prepares to use her scalpel. And off-duty, a group of junior doctors and medical students take a trip to the island of Fetlar. With almost perpetual daylight, the medics are looking forward to a midnight swim.
