Mark and Helen met legendary skier and climber Myrtle Simpson. A few days ago, Myrtle celebrated her 90th birthday so to mark that we look back on a wee clip from our interview.

Mark has been spending time on the riverbank. But what is the strange alien-like plant that he鈥檚 come across? All will be revealed as we also chat to an expert about his findings.

Euan delves into the folklore and traditions involving the hare.

Earlier this week Mark headed down to the beach to try his hand at rock pooling and see what he could spot. He had a particular desire to find some Zooplankton.
