The Queen鈥檚 Golden Jubilee year begins on a sombre note following the death of Princess Margaret, with the Queen Mother passing away at the age of 101 just seven weeks later.

And Scotland international striker Julie Fleeting signs for San Diego Spirit, while on TV, the first series of a new comedy set in the fictional Glasgwegian borough of Craiglang airs.
