Stuart Cosgrove tells Janice about his new book Cassius X, Grid Iron Theatre Company talk about their new show Doppler, and we'll hear the new single from Glasgow duo Kodak Ghosts.

Stuart Cosgrove on his new book Cassius X – about a brief period in the life of Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali – a period with a complex political and religious backdrop, from which emerged not only a boxing superstar, but a whole new genre of soul music.

Grid Iron Theatre Company talk about their new show Doppler – a filmed outdoor performance which the company had hoped they might be able to perform to a small audience. Sadly that’s not the case, but they have still had to plan carefully to be able to create the show whilst sticking to government guidelines. Producer Jude Doherty and actor Keith Fleming tell Janice about the measures they’ve been taking.

Ahead of a new version of Frances Poet's play, Adam, being staged for online streaming as part of the 2020 Fringe/Shedinburgh online programme, another chance to hear Janice’s 2017 interview with Adam Kashmiry and director Cora Bissett, recorded in front of an audience at the Edinburgh Festivals.
