Many airline passengers are stuck with vouchers instead of the refunds they say they always wanted for cancelled flights. Now we reveal how photographic evidence showing vouchers were not presented as an option on a major airline's website, has still not led to people getting their money back.

A ban on commercial landlords evicting businesses behind with their rent has been extended until the end of the year. The government says it means struggling shops and restaurants will get a chance to rebuild over Autumn and Christmas. But landlords have lost billions of pounds in unpaid rent so how might it affect the look of our high streets?

Money-off vouchers from the government in England to get bikes repaired were so popular they were all snapped up very quickly. Many more vouchers were promised but have yet to be released. Why not? We have been speaking to people counting on the 'Fix Your Bike' scheme to get moving again.

There's a major shortage of workers in the social care sector, with a recruitment campaign launched to help alleviate the problem. It aimed to recruit 20,000 people by the end of July, but it has not managed to come anywhere near that figure. Why is it so tricky to recruit even at a time when many more people are looking for work?
