Cat is joined by Carrie Hope Fletcher; West End actress, Sunday Times bestselling author, YouTube star and philanthropist who just this week, released her debut children鈥檚 book Into The Spotlight. It鈥檚 inspired by Noel Streatfeild鈥檚 much-loved classic Ballet Shoes and is published in celebration of the 150th anniversary of Noel鈥檚 birth.

There鈥檚 brand new music from Steps, the first new music from the band since 2017, and the album What The Future Holds is coming out in November, with 2021 tour dates, including Aberdeen and Glasgow. Lisa and H from the band join Cat to tell her all about it.

During lockdown there was certainly no shortage of short films, songs, dance routines or pet videos to keep us entertained. Tomos Roberts (performer, filmmaker and spoken word poet) posted his own poem with its message of hope about an imagined post Covid world. And 60 million views later, it鈥檚 now available as an illustrated children鈥檚 book. Cat chats to Tomos about his message of hope.

Cat revisits a trip she made to The Grampian Transport Museum last year now that it鈥檚 re-opened it鈥檚 doors to the public.

And on Thursday night the SAY Awards long list is announced. Davie Scott joins Cat to take us through the long list nominees.
