Marking both National Album Day and World Mental Health Day, Stuart plays music from some of his favourite albums and explores the power of music to provide comfort. His featured album is Lloyd Cole And The Commotions' acclaimed 1984 debut album 'Rattlesnakes', one of Stuart's most cherished albums of all time and one that he revisits again and again.

Stuart also hears from Lloyd Cole himself, who shares some of the music that he finds comforting and has been listening to over lockdown. The Derbyshire-born singer-songwriter who formed Lloyd Cole And The Commotions in 1982 while studying at Glasgow University has also had a long solo career. Lloyd also chats to Stuart about his latest album 鈥楪uesswork鈥�.

Also on the show, music reporter Louise Mason talks to 6 Music DJ and psychotherapist Nemone about mental health in the night time industries.
