Cladding Prisoners: Flight Cancellations; Car Market

The people stuck in unsafe flats they can't sell or rent out.
The Radio 4 comedian, Tony Hawks on the difficulties of getting flight refunds. Demand for cars during lockdown.

We investigate more complaints from people still living in blocks of flats with dangerous, flammable cladding. As the Government prepares to bring in new legislation to make buildings safer, we ask if the new measures will finally put an end to the row over who pays for repairs to unsafe cladding. We hear from a listener living in an unsafe flat she can't sell or rent out. We also speak to Sir Bob Neill, Vice-Chair of All Party Parliamentary Group on Leasehold and Commonhold Reform.

We report on how some travel companies are still taking far too long to refund customers who've had flights and holidays cancelled because of the pandemic.
Earlier this year the Competition and Markets Authority took enforcement action against two holiday rental companies who were denying customers full cash refunds.
They also warned 100 other firms they'd face action, too, if they failed to comply with consumer law. Despite all the warnings, people are still telling You and Yours they're struggling to get refunds. We speak to the Radio 4 comedian, Tony Hawks, about his experience of trying to get a refund from the company Travelgenio. We also hear from James Daley, founder of the consumer group, Fairer Finance.

We take a look at how the car market is holding up and whether the coronavirus pandemic has changed the sort of vehicles we want to buy. Our reporter, Jay Unger, visits a second hand dealership in Southport, Merseyside. And we hear from Hugo Griffiths, Consumer and Features Editor at Auto Express, about how lockdown has affected demand for new cars.
