Scotland鈥檚 controversial Hate Crime Bill will face it鈥檚 stage one final evidence session today at Holyrood. The Bill proposes to simplify existing legislation while introducing a new offence of stirring up hatred on the grounds of sexual orientation, religion, age and trans identity. Artists, faith leaders, lawyers, writers and the Scottish Police Federation have spoken out over it鈥檚 perceived impact on freedom of speech. So do you think we need a Hate Crime Bill?
