Rosin Murphy is well known to listeners at 6 Music and all those that love her sophisticated blend of edgy pop and underground dance music. Her new album Roisin Machine has just blown the doors off practiacally every other album made this year. Following a rapturous performance at the 6 Music Festival back in March, we invite her and producer DJ Parrot to DJ for us Upstairs at The Open Arms.

Richard Barratt is a bonafide Sheffield music legend, he was the resident DJ at seminal club Jive Turkey in the Eighties and went on to be half of Warp bleep techno duo Sweet Exorcist with Richard H. Kirk from Cabaret Voltaire. His productions as Crooked Man are massively in demand as the main producer behind the latest album Roisin Machine.
