The next steps in the easing of lockdown are set to be confirmed later today. It should mean from Monday hospitality, gyms and more shops will be able to open agai,n but some hospitality bosses have branded new potentially stricter draft guidelines in bars and restaurants as a farce. They say they don't have tables big enough to observe social distancing, but is the government right to be so cautious?
