In this episode, John joins a running club in west Belfast and finds out more about its unique history. He meets sporting legend Mary Peters, and she discusses the positive impact of sport on our lives. Next stop is the Assisi Sanctuary in Newtownards, where he meets Cl铆odhna N铆 Labhra铆 at work and sees for himself the amazing work done there to improve the lives of animals. He meets Sharon Warnock and her very special rescue dog Henry Wee Wheels, who only has two legs. John and his friend Se谩n then visit Arranmore Island, where they reminisce about their time in the Gaeltacht.
