This week, Cerys chats to Johnny Flynn ahead of his new album Lost in The Cedar Wood. Johnny's fifth album is co-written with award winning nature writer Robert McFarlane. The album features songs inspired by Victorian Assyriologist George Smith and The Epic of Gilgamesh as well as musicians Cosmo and Merlin Sheldrake.

With new music from Arooj Aftab, MF Robots, Jose Gonzales and Tristen who also tells us about her upcoming album and covering Joni Mitchell. Plus blues and funk from Booker T Jones, The Allman Brothers, Baby Washington and Ray Grant and the Arabian Knights.
