Ep 560 - It's a Hugging special today!

Today's programme is a HUGGING SPECIAL. With government endorsed hugging now allowed, Shaun hosts a 'Cuddle Party' that celebrates hugging 鈥榳ith caution and restraint鈥�.

It鈥檚 the start of the week and Shaun has a brand new Liked and Shared track to kick off the week. Essentially it鈥檚 a rebrand of the Single of the Week (鈥淭hey鈥檝e re-badged it you fool鈥�) and we鈥檒l give it the first play today. This week it's the new single from Piroshka. Scratching At The Lid is released on Bella Union and is the first single from the band's second album, Love Drips And Gathers, out 23rd July. The album builds on the acclaim of the band鈥檚 2018 debut LP 鈥淏rickbat鈥� and the reputations of the former members of Lush, Moose, Elastica and Modern English.

Plus, Monday sees our Music News journalist Georgie Rogers joining with the latest Music News and another Small Claims Court caller joins with their claim to fame.

Shaun also has a track from the new Black Keys album - Delta Kream - which is today's Album of the Day. All this alongside GoldSoundZ kicks off the show with 30 minutes of 6 Music BANGERS!
