Spending the first 10 years of her life in the French countryside, Oklou had no idea that huge hustling and bustling cities existed. It wasn't until she was exposed to New York and Manhattan via films and TV that her obsession ignited. As a girl she would fantasise and dream of what life in the city would be like.
