Celebrating Black History Month, questioning the ethics of non-disclosure agreements, reviewing 'My Name is Pauli Murray' and travelling with Ben Fogle.

With the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) now commonplace in cases of alleged harassment, is it time for a rethink? Do NDAs deliver 鈥� or impede 鈥� justice? Cathy is joined by lawyer, academic and NDA whistle-blower Julie MacFarlane, who has launched a website called Can鈥檛 Buy My Silence.

To mark Black History Month, Simone Byrne, who works in the media, pays homage to Scotland鈥檚 former Poet Laureate Jackie Kay, whose works have inspired her, reflecting her own experience of growing up Black and Scottish.

This weekend sees the release of documentary 鈥淢y Name is Pauli Murray鈥�, about the life of a pioneering non-binary lawyer, priest and activist. Scots writer Jessica Brough and artist Saoirse Amin give their thoughts on this remarkable figure of 20th century American history.

An ancient clay tablet displaying one of the world鈥檚 oldest known religious texts has been returned to Iraq by the United States. The Gilgamesh Dream Tablet was looted during the Gulf War in 1991. Noorah Al-Gailani, Curator of Islamic Civilisations at Glasgow Museums, tells us more.
