Shielings are small dwellings which were used in the past over the summer months when people took cattle and sheep to the higher pastures. Mark goes to visit Dr Sam Harrison who established the Shieling Project near Beauly a few years ago with the aim of connecting with the practices of the past to ensure a more resilient future, particularly for children.
