Cerys curates an eclectic, slow and feel good playlist to soundtrack your Slow Sunday on World Mental Health Day. Her guest this week is painter and illustrator Susan Ogilvy, who has developed a passion for painting watercolour images of birds' nests, inspiring a collection of bird-related tracks.

Susan's collection of painted nests has taken her over 5 years to create, slowing down to appreciate and study these often overlooked homes made of twigs, roots, grasses, reeds, leaves, moss, lichen, hair, feathers and cobwebs. During the process Susan has also learnt more about the different species of bird and their own unique style of building.
