Mark takes a look at the aftermath of Storm Arwen in his garden and recalls what the weather was like last Friday when the storm was at its height.

Also affected by Storm Arwen was marine life. Euan meets Claire Matthews from the Macduff Aquarium to find out what caused thousands of starfish, clams and crabs to wash up on a Moray beach.

Hawick in the Borders has ambitions to become the town of 1000 trails. Mark hears how the local community aim to establish the area as the go to place for walking, cycling and horse riding, with the infrastructure required to support visitors from far and wide.

Haddo Estate and Country Park in Aberdeenshire took a serious battering during the storm. So much so that it鈥檚 closed at the moment for the clear up operation to begin. Mark went to meet visitor services officer Suzanna Atkinson who showed him some of the damage.

And Storm Arwen came just ahead of National Tree Week. We find out more from Jon Stokes from The Tree Council that organises the annual tree celebration.

The Cateran Ecomuseum is a museum without walls based in the area around the Highland Boundary Fault in Perthshire. Mark meets one of the founders, Clare Cooper. We also hear about a rather interesting art installation they have commissioned on the hillside based on a story about the giant, Finn McCool.

And in a week where stormy weather has stripped trees of their leaves, Euan reflects on the beauty of the leaf and its changes through the seasons.

We鈥檙e joined live by one of the contributors to an online community called Geograph. Geograph is a charity which aims to collect "geographically representative" photographs and information about every square kilometre of Britain and Ireland.

And Euan teases us with another mystery bird.
