The Scottish Goverment says it'll fully restore face-to-face appointments with GPs as quickly as possible but insists it's not yet safe to do so. Strict infection prevention measures mean surgeries are still limited in the number of patients allowed in waiting rooms. Doctors say they have continued to see patients face-to-face but need to prioritise to protect the most vulnerable.
