Simon Amstell, The Meaning of Zong and a new film festival in Peebles

Janice talks to comedian Simon Amstell and hears about The Meaning of Zong, a play written by Hamilton star Giles Terera.

Janice speaks to photographer Iain McLean about his exhibition 主播大秀less in Covid at Glasgow鈥檚 Gallery 103, a project which came about through volunteering during covid lockdowns.

Giles Terera, best known for his Olivier Award winning performance as Aaron Burr in the West End production of Hamilton, talks about his debut play The Meaning of Zong, inspired by the real story of a horrific massacre on the slave ship Zong in 1781.

Janice finds out how Peebles came to be the location for a new film festival, the sister of the acclaimed Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema in California.
