He鈥檚 up bright and early with a waste collection team before following the rubbish from our wheelie bins to a waste transfer station, where he rummages through the refuse and confirms what鈥檚 recyclable and what's not. The black bag waste is then transported to a power plant in Buckinghamshire, where Dom discovers how it鈥檚 burned to create electricity for the National Grid. His mentor is Gillian Sinclair, a head of development for one of Britain鈥檚 biggest waste management companies.
