As Hong Kong marks 25 years of the "one country - two systems" special status we speak to CY Leung - one of only four former Chief Executives in Hong Kong.

It's been 25 years since Hong Kong's handover from Britain to China. Under the arrangement known as "one country - two systems" the expectation was the city's freedoms would be enjoyed for the next 50 years. But in recent years some of those liberties have appeared to come under threat, with violent protests and a National Security Law which gives Beijing sweeping powers over the city and its residents. As Hong Kong marks the halfway point of this special status we speak to CY Leung - one of only four former Chief Executives in Hong Kong.
