Mark visits Huntly Herbs, an Aberdeenshire business making organic preserves. Many of their products are made in small batches using their own fruit, vegetables and herbs. He finds out how the business has changed over the years and how they are planning for the future.

Producer Phil has lived in Inverness for around 16 years now but only a few days ago did he find out that there was a nature reserve right on his doorstep. He meets up with Caroline Snow, project manager of the Merkinch Local Nature Reserve for a real sensory treat.

A new initiative has been launched by the Borders branch of the Scottish Ornithologists' Club to uncover breeding evidence of Nightjar - one of Scotland鈥檚 rarest birds. Euan went along to see if he could spot this elusive bird and find out more about what has led to its near disappearance here.

Last November the Argaty Red Kite centre near Doune became Scotland's first private site to legally release beavers into the wild. This February they welcomed a second group and earlier this month announced that a kit had been born.
