Day four of the 22nd Commonwealth Games gets under way as 72 nations and territories do battle for gold in a host of sports in Birmingham.
Swimming heats again come to the fore with a plethora of star names taking to the water at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre. Adam Peaty is back in the pool as he begins bids for glory in the men鈥檚 50m breaststroke. The Englishman already has three Commonwealth gold medals to his name. His compatriot Maisie Summers-Newton will be expected to go on to match her feat of winning gold at the Paralympics in Tokyo last year in the women鈥檚 SB6 100m breaststroke.
