Seonaid Aitken brings you two hours of musical sunshine with the best of the new releases and music from some of the artists playing at this year鈥檚 Edinburgh Fringe. Expect to hear cuts from American vibes master Roy Ayers who performs in Scotland this month, Glasgow based Gypsy swing outfit Romacaleo, Edinburgh born vocalist Niki King and a Gershwin classic from Peggy Lee. Plus tonight鈥檚 Song Book with pianist Richard Michael looking at Stevie Wonder鈥檚 1973 hit 鈥榊ou Are The Sunshine Of My Life鈥�, including a duet featuring Seonaid on vocals. Many of Wonder鈥檚 compositions have now become jazz standards and have been covered by a host of jazz artists including Frank Sinatra, Sonny Rollins, Ella Fitzgerald and Joe Pass.
